Biography

Yongqin Chang, the professor of School of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing since 2004, received her B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. in State Key Laboratory of Solidification Processing, Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1996, 1999 and 2002. She worked in National Lab of Mesoscopic Physics & Electron Microscopy Lab, Peking University, as Postdoc from 2002 to 2004. She works in Oak Ridge National laboratory (USA) as a visiting scientist from 2010 to 2011. Her recent

research interest is fusion materials and advanced function nanomaterials. She is supported by more than ten findings, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, National Basic Research Program of China and 973. Now she has published more than 70 papers (some papers have been cited more than 380 times). She was awarded New Century Excellent Talents in University (2007) and Beijing Novel Program (2006) for her outstanding research contribution.
